Christmas wedding flowers

My aunt got married on December 26th, and I was, of course, only too happy to do her flowers. It was a bit of a challenge as most places were closed over Christmas, so I in the days leading up to it I bought a few freesias here, a couple orchid pots there, etc. - all sorts. She wanted white flowers with a bit of lime, but as her dress was a pale silvery grey, I added some grey tones. The bouquet handle is covered with the ribbon from a box of chocolates I got for my birthday a number of years ago... It was the same colour as her shoes.
I did flowers for the reception too, but didn't manage to take any photos of them. I used kalanchoe (höstglöd/våreld) and azaleas cut from pot plants, and was astonished at how long they lasted in the oasis. That's definitely something to remember in the future!
